Indika joined the Institute as the Global IT Manager in October 2017, bringing extensive knowledge and experience on IT strategy and operations management in mid to large corporations in Australia and overseas. Indika is responsible for managing the Institute's digital platform, IT services, IT processes, infrastructure and business systems of the institute.

Before joining the Institute, Indika spent over seven years in the not-for-profit education sector in Australia as the ICT Manager leading a significant transformation in IT systems, infrastructure, processes and services to align IT landscape to support business strategy of the organisations. He had also lead and managed process optimisation projects, new business and office setup, IT infrastructure projects, high-level solution design and project management.

He has also worked in Manufacturing, Retail and FMCG industries across various positions covering strategic and operational roles during his 20 years’ experience in IT.
